Judith Strodtkötter

Judith Strodtkötter studied dramaturgy in Leipzig and dramaturgy in Frankfurt am Main. Since then, she has worked primarily in Bremen in the field of production management and dramaturgy. She accompanied the OUTNOW! Festival first as an organizational, later as artistic director.

From 2020-2022 she curated the program of the house as a permanent member of the team of the Schwankhalle together with the artistic director, Florian Ackermann. Judith Strodtkötter is also a lecturer at the HKS Ottersberg in the dance and theatre in social studies and has accompanied various artistic processes as a mentor.

In addition, Judith is a cultural worker in rural areas. Since 2021, she has been involved in the Förderunion für Kunst und Kultur e.V.: a platform for cultural exchange that docks supposedly urban topics and aesthetics locally and expands them with regional perspectives, always in exchange with the local people. Since November 2021, Judith has been a certified yoga teacher (500 hrs. Yoga Alliance).
