Collective

TanzKollektivBremen (TKB) is a platform for contemporary dance. Currently, the dancers and choreographers Magali Sander Fett and Neus Ledesma Vidal, as well as the dramaturge Judith Strodtkötter and the cultural manager Ulrike Osten are involved in the collective.

The TKB was founded in 2013 by Tomas Bünger, Magali Sander Fett and Miroslaw Żydowicz. Based on the own, very different biographies of the performers, the work of the TKB is always about the dance-like examination of reality and the relevance and expressions of the body in society. In joint artistic research, new performative formats are created on stage, but also in completely different spaces. From 2020 to 2022, the dancers were housemates in the Schwankhalle Bremen. With this model, the Schwankhalle Bremen intensified and consolidated its cooperation with the TKB. In the 2024/ 2025 season, they are residents at the Center for Art Bremen.

Cooperations

The TKB seeks contact with other arts and milieus and repeatedly enters into cooperations with other artists and groups. The musicians and sound designers Riccardo Castagnola and iona W. as well as the set designer and video artist Till Botterweck (URBANSCREEN) work as guests.
